Swimming

Saturday afternoon swimming. Our qualified coaches will be leading the sessions.  Contact Nikki for more details.

 

Cycling 

The cycle session usually leaves the Castle Sports at 8.20. Distances and speeds vary, but normally are around the 50mile mark, with a 17-18 + mph average. Members often start off with this run, and peel off to finish at their own speed/distance.

On the first Sunday of every month, there is an away day ride.  All approx 1 hour drive from Spalding and will be approx 50 miles in length.  Contact the Alistair for details.

A new addition to the cycle training is a medium distance/speed ride.  Contact Wendy for details.

Yoga

The clubs very own Yoga instructor Claire Thomas, runs Yoga classes on a Thursday evening, the perfect opportunity to stretch out.  In addition, in the winter months, Claire organises a specific Yoga for Cyclists class, the class works to improve flexibility, in turn, preventing injury and improving ability.  Contact Claire for details.
